Hi, I’m Brianna.

I’m a wife, a mom, and a believer. After many years of eliminating gluten, I learned about sourdough and all the wonderful benefits it had for the gut and digestive system as a whole. In 2020 I started on my own sourdough journey to bring organic, gut friendly bread to our home.

In 2024, many friends urged me to offer my breads to our community since many of them too had sensitivities to processed gluten and could only tolerate homemade, long fermented sourdough. As a holistic health coach, we prioritize organic, quality ingredients in our home and I knew I wanted to offer the same to our customers.

I am now your local neighborhood baker. Bringing our community nourishing breads and baked goods made with love from my home kitchen.
